SIMULATION
Forging simulations are a precious tool for the optimization of the forging plan, the prediction of temperature distribution, and the evaluation of microstructure and metallurgical changes.
3D MODELING
3D modeling offers a better understanding of the forging process and simplifies the study for the creation of new products by experimenting with various solutions thanks to the physical 3D models and to Computer Aided Engineering. This process allows us to get as close to the finished product shape as possible and optimize the production process in order have our clients save both time and money.
LASER SCANNING
Laser scanning inspections carried out at the end of the forging process enables FMA to check the amount of machining allowance in the most critical areas in order to define the correct alignment of the piece for machining.
