In the following years the plants of Forgiatura Moderna Arese reach 100,000 m2 thanks to the construction of a new building and the production capacity of the forge reaches a maximum weight of 100 t thanks to the installation of the 8000 t press.

At that time, this small city just outside Milan is experiencing a moment of extraordinary growth thanks to the new Alfa Romeo plants. These circumstances are ideal for the rise of new business, in particular for the development of the entrepreneurial vision of Cesare Vienna.

During the first few years, his days are defined by the deep and rhythmic sound of the trip hammer. In 1974 the company already starts its evolution and the hammers are replaced by hydraulic presses which are paired in 1978 with the first rolling mills for rings.

The evolution of Forgiatura Moderna Arese continues at a regular pace, while the productive plants reach 5000 m2, in 1982 a 3000 tons press is installed. Cesare Vienna puts great passion in his business and takes personal care in the production and study of new components.

In the 1990s Forgiatura Moderna Arese goes through many changes, in 1993 the company passes in the hands of the second generation and the ISO 9001 certification is achieved for the first time.

The technological evolution continues: in 1994 computer controlled rolling mills are installed and in 1998 the production plant of the company is enhanced by the 5000t press with integrated manipulator.

In 2005 ASA becomes part of Forgiatura Moderna Arese and expands its offer, providing a wide range of stock forged and rolled bars.
