PRODUCTION PROCESSES
The plant has many band saws to make cuts in small, medium and large sizes.
Forging Moderna Arese S.p.A. has various hydraulic presses to be used according to the tonnage required. Several manipulators are used for material handling depending on the size and weight of the piece to forge.
Modern mills are used for processing circular rings and bushings.
Forging Moderna Arese S.p.A. has furnaces and vats of various sizes and capacities to cover all the requirements of a proper heat treatment to apply to each piece.
In the machining area there are many horizontals and verticals lathes for roughing cuts from short to considerable lengths.
