OUR PRODUCTION
Forgiatura Moderna Arese S.p.A. produce middle-heavy weight forgings in steel and special alloys for construction, cementation, drainage, nitriding, superficial tempering for special use: low temperature, hot flow, bearings for hot and cold machining, stainless, duplex and superduplex.
The special and modern equipment permits the production of bars, discs, shafts, rolled rings, moulding forms, bushes, flanges and shaped blocks with a maximum weight of 75 tons, maximum length of 20 meters and maximum diameter of 3500mm.
The circular rolling mills can produce rings up to a diameter of 8000mm, height of 2600mm and maximum weight of 30 tons.
All the manufactured pieces can be submitted to mechanical and heat-treatment procedures within our own departments as well as be tested by official authorities or by our laboratory which has been recognized by the main authorities.
FMA is certified UNI-EN-ISO 9001:2008 (Lloyd’s Register).
